great service with great attitude and top quality technicians

great service with great attitude and top quality technicians,the recent heatwave in Brisbane left us with only one of the two 21 kw units working, was not a good time to happen . the manufacturer supplied thier factory trained guys to site and took 3 weeks to supply 3 glass slow blow 10 amp fuses which available at jaycar electronics locally. system started and advised 2 days later the unit out of gas.another call out and advised r22 gas job about $3000 but best result to replace both ducted unit totally that is outdoor and in ceiling units AND all copper plumbing in entire walls and ceiling of large 500 square meter house. the dollar value was telephone numbers!! the brand of the units would not be my choice but because the size of the 3 phase units so 10 year service should not be a problem. to cut a long story short your technician solved the problem very systematically in 2 hrs flat-- no gas or anything just fixing a series of basic mistakes performed my the manufacturers recommended agents. thanks for great service !!!
